Replacement of all exterior siding and trim, replace soffit and fascia covers, replace gutters and downspouts. Clean brick veneer and recaulk masonry expansion joints. Wire brush and paint steel columns at front entrance. Clean existing aluminum columns at canopies. Replace all sealant at doors, windows, etc. Paint all exterior doors and frames (exterior side only). Remove and replace all exterior building mounted lighting.

Site improvements include patching missing concrete at water meter and valve at the Humphrey's Building parking.

BY ALTERNATE BID No. 1:

Replace all operable windows.
