John is a Partner and Vice-President of the Firm. John provides design and project management of projects, with a focus on the multi-family projects. His resume with multi-family projects is very impressive, having completed over 400 projects in Southern Illinois. He also performs existing building assessments and analysis for immediate and long-term needs, energy consumption, and basis for refinancing of properties.

John graduated from Rend Lake College in 1987 with an Associates Degree in Architecture. He went onto Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Technical Studies. John lives in Cambria with his wife Pamela. They have 2 sons and 1 granddaughter. Spending time with his family is his favorite pastime.
