Abate existing floor tile as necessary for infilling the underslab ductwork. Abate existing gypsum board for removal of existing return air grilles and ductwork and create openings in the ceilings for new diffusers and in walls for new return air grilles and ductwork. Remove existing downflow furnace and replace with new upflow furnace, ductwork, and air conditioning. Patch and paint existing gypsum board on walls and ceilings affected by HVAC upgrades. Patch existing floor at infilled ductwork locations. Install new floating vinyl plank flooring over existing flooring. Remove and replace existing vinyl base with new base.
IL-68-2/Crossville:
Add central air conditioning to the existing furnaces.
