Maintenance Building Renovation:

Convert portion of existing maintenance building into a new Executive Director office, with storage, and toilet room. Conversions shall consist of removal and infill double door on the north end of the building, framing of new entrance door on the east side of the building, removal of the existing wash bay and storage closet, reconfiguring the existing large storage area into a storage closet, separating the existing garage area from the new office area with a secured door, replacing the existing heating system with a new HVAC system with central air conditioning, configuring a new toilet room (which will include updating and modifying the existing plumbing above and below slab), removal of existing windows in old storage closet and garage area, installation of new window where double door used to occur, rewiring the building for the new office area, replacing the light fixtures in the new office area, replace exterior light fixtures with new dusk to dawn light fixtures.

Office Building Renovation:

Relocate Board Room into existing Executive Directors’ office. Convert old Board Room into Interview Room by constructing new partitions and storage closet, update lighting, electrical, and HVAC for reconfiguration of the affected areas.
