Perform renovation work to Unit 19 for Section 504 compliance. Replace all under-slab piping and patching of concrete slab, replace plumbing fixtures, replace kitchen cabinets and countertop, replace all interior doors and associated hardware, install new flooring and base trim in entire unit, replace all the wiring and devices, replace all lighting fixtures, replace the existing boiler and water heater, install new fin-tube and covers and modify existing parking areas and walks to meet accessibility standards.

IL-73-9/Winchester:

Remove and replace designated damaged concrete walks and stoops.
