Remove existing low-slope membrane roofing, insulation, and accessories. Install low-slope membrane roofing, insulation, flashing, accessories, and roof drainage components.

BY ALTERNATE BID No. 1:

Clean and coat the existing metal panel roofing system and accessories/trim.
