Rend Lake College Gymnasium Addition and Renovation

Work includes construction of an approximately 5,9o0 sf addition to the west end of the existing gymnasium. The addition will consist of new restrooms, offices, lobby/entrance, concession and athletic training. Renovation to the existing building includes roofing, storefront, flooring, painting and replacement of the existing HVAC system, plumbing, electrical, installation of sprinkler system and fire alarm modifications.

BY ALTERNATE BID No. 1:

Work includes removing and replacement of the existing telescoping bleachers and controls.

Copies of the documents are available and may be obtained from our office by depositing a check in the amount of $100.00 for each set of documents so obtained, made payable to Eggemeyer Associates Architects, Inc.

This project has a construction estimate of: $6,500,000.00
