Replace sections of the concrete sidewalks noted on drawings. Remove concrete patio and existing concrete tower base outside the Community Room. Replace the existing sidewalk drains across the site with new. Replace the adjacent concrete sidewalk as required to install new drains and regrade the site for drainage. Replace the concrete stoops at the entrance doors and storage doors noted. Raise up to match the unit floor level for ADA compliance. The sidewalk connecting the stoops will be replaced along for access and reconfigured.
