Work in dwelling units includes abatement of floor tile and mastic; remove existing light weight concrete topping and install new framing and underlayment at second floor units; new flooring and wood base trim; insulate exterior walls/replace exterior wall gyp board; patch all walls and ceilings and complete painting in units; replace interior doors, frames, and hardware;  replace bifold closet doors; replace the shelving; replace all light fixtures and wiring devices; replace electric panels; replace baseboard covers, fin tubes, zone valves, and thermostats; PTACs to be cleaned and reused; replace transfer fans with overhead ducted fan; replace window treatment (shades); replace emergency call systems; replace water closets; replace toilet accessories, medicine cabinets, light fixtures, exhaust fans, receptacles, and switches; removing heat lamps; replace tubs and surrounds with showers; replace existing lavatories with vanity cabinets and solid surface tops (install wall hung lavatory in accessible units); replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, range hoods, and grease shields; replace light above sink; replace existing kitchen appliances add chair rail on walls. Units 101, 102, and 207 are designated as accessible and will be updated for compliance with accessibility codes.

Common area work to include replacement of door on the second-floor corridor, replacing baseboard heat covers, fined tubes, zone valves and thermostats.

Exterior work includes replacing all windows; painting all exterior hollow metal doors, frames, and fixed lites; remove large antenna; replace siding; replace exterior PTAC grills.
