Work in dwelling units includes abatement of floor tile and mastic and designated areas of gypsum board wall finishes. Remove and replace all existing water heaters, appliances, and other floor mounted equipment for flooring work. New LVP and base trim. Replace existing dryer vents/caps. Saw-cut, remove, and replace concrete floor slab as required for access to underslab sanitary waste piping. Replace all underslab sanitary waste piping. Replace interior doors, frames, and hardware. Replace shelving. Replace all light fixtures and wiring devices. Replace existing electrical load centers and service wires back to meter bases. Upgrade or convert designated units to meet accessibility codes and standards. Remove existing boilers including fin tube heaters, covers, flues, etc. Install new electric baseboard heaters throughout.
Bathroom work shall consists of removing and replacing gypsum board wall finishes. Replace water closets, wood chair rails, toilet accessories, medicine cabinets, light fixtures, exhaust fans, receptacles, and switches. Replace tubs and surrounds. Replace existing lavatories with vanity cabinets and tops. Provide step-in or roll-in showers at designated units.
Kitchen work consists of removing and replacing existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, range hoods, and grease shields. Install new HPDL wall finish.
Site work includes removing and replacing designated concrete walks and paving. Regrade yard areas and place new concrete walks and paving.
Site utilities include replacing site electrical feeders, transformers, etc. with underground service.

Work consists of converting designated units to meet sight and hearing impaired requirements.
This project has a construction estimate of: under $1,275,000.00
