Remove exterior storm doors. Remove and replace windows, trim, exterior doors and frames, siding and trim, and abate ACM panels and lead-based paint containing materials. Install new 911 address numbers, exterior light fixtures, A/C sleeves, and replace hose bibbs.

BY ALTERNATE BID No. 1:

Replace gutters, downspouts, and splash blocks at all buildings. Provide leaf guards at 2-story buildings.
