Abate and replace resilient flooring, carpet tile and base in common spaces and dwelling units. Replace lay-in panel ceilings in common areas. Install new ceiling light fixtures in designated areas, reinstall all other existing lighting. Paint walls, doors, and frames, in common spaces. Replace roof access ladders and repairs to openings.

BY ALTERNATE BID No. 1:

State the amount to be deducted from the Base Bid for deleting all work on the Seventh Floor, except as noted to remain in the Base Bid.

BY ALTERNATE BID No. 2:

State the amount to be deducted from the Base Bid for deleting all work on the Sixth Floor.
