Replace PTAC's in dwelling units and common areas. Replace heating system boilers and boiler pumps.  Site improvements include construct a new pavilion and related site improvements, and seal and stripe parking lots.

IL-126-6/Marion (Lamar Hi-Rise):

Site work includes sealing all asphalt paving, modify the bituminous to concrete edge, restripe all parking spaces.  Construct pavilion and related site improvements, including walkway lighting.

BY ALTERNATE BID No. 1:

IL-126-1/Marion (Butler Hi-Rise and IL-126-6/Marion (Lamar Hi-Rise):

State the amount to be added to the Base Bid for constructing stone veneer wainscot at pavilion columns.
