Remove and replace storm doors on the front and rear entrance doors on designated elderly buildings. Installation of new mini-split air conditioning systems in the Units of the A-3 and A-5 row house buildings. Installation shall include concrete condensing unit pads, thermostats (hardwired), and transfer fan installation. Removal and replacement of designated concrete walks and stoops.

IL-118-2/McLeansboro:

Remove and replace designated concrete walks.
