Work includes removal of the existing floor tile, mastic and wall base in the Locker Rooms and Athletic office. Removal of the carpet in the Media Center and Music room. Install new epoxy flooring in the Locker Rooms and Athletic Office, new carpet tile in the Music and Media Center. Install new casework in classrooms 103, 104, 105 , 106, 107. Exterior work includes concrete sidewalks, patio and retaining wall with railings. Install new benches and picnic tables around the site. Replace existing downspouts on the building.

Copies of the documents are available and may be obtained from our office by depositing a check in the amount of $ 75.00 for each set of documents so obtained, made payable to the Giant City CCSD No. 103.
