Replace Mechanical and Boiler Room exterior doors and windows. Construct opening for new coiling door.

Replace all windows at each floor level. Construct wall below each window to flush with existing CME wall. Provide full width architectural louver for a/c unit.

Replace thru-wall air-conditioners in Living Rooms and Laundry Rooms with new units with sleeves. Install transfer fans with control to provide air movement from Living Room to Bedroom. Remove and reinstall baseboard heat covers for wall construction below windows.
