Franklin County Housing Authority - Window Replacement and Exterior Improvements

Site work includes installation of low-clearance structures at front entrance drive, signage, pavement marking, and sidewalk and curb modifications.

Building exterior improvements include remove the existing metal banding/trim at each floor level and the metal siding at the parapet, install an EIFS system over the existing brick veneer, paint CMU penthouse and the existing brick columns at the canopy, pavilion, and bus stop, replace the existing dryer vents and exhaust vents, replace existing AC sleeves and louvers, replace hollow metal double door at the mechanical room and paint the existing hollow metal door on the north side of the building, replace the existing overhead door with a new coiling door, install steel corner guards at all doors on the north side of the building, paint brick surfaces inside door alcoves, replace all existing windows with a new aluminum window system, install new cultured marble window stools, infill one existing conduit for the elevator generator on the south side of the building and reroute it inside the building, install new building signage, replace exterior-mounted light fixtures, and reinstall existing building-mounted cameras, conduit, and signage.

BY ALTERNATE BID No. 1:

Provide the cost to be added to the Base Bid for providing an eighteen (18) year manufacturer's warranty for new EIFS.

BY ALTERNATE BID No. 2:

Provide the cost to be added to the Base Bid and Alternate Bid No. 1 for providing a twenty (20) year manufacturer's warranty for new EIFS.
