IL-62-1/Effingham:
Work includes removal of designated trees and stumps and restoration of lawns.
IL-62-2/Altamont:
Work to be performed at the units includes installation of exterior cleanouts on the sanitary lines & jetting of the existing plumbing lines to the connection with main. Interior renovations include new kitchen counters and wall laminate between the upper cabinets and the countertop, new kitchen sinks and associated plumbing. Renovation of the existing utility rooms with new flooring, shelving, new washer box and receptacles for the washer and dryer, FRP wainscot with a chair rail and paint, and swapping the doors in the 2 & 3 bedroom units. Plumbing modifications include relocate washer box and provide floor drain. Provide new shelving. Provide new dryer vents. Replace GFCI’s at kitchen, new dryer receptacle, and GFCI washer receptacle.
