Replace underslab sanitary line and make repairs to finishes in Unit #4. Remove designated trees.

IL-62-6/Edgewood:

Installation of exterior cleanouts on the sanitary lines to the kitchen and jetting of the existing plumbing lines to the connection with City main. Interior renovations include new kitchen counters and wall laminate between the upper cabinets and the countertop, new kitchen sinks and associated plumbing. Renovation of the existing utility rooms with new flooring, shelving, new washer box and receptacles for the washer and dryer, FRP wainscot and painting. Work in the unit bathrooms include replace the medicine cabinet. Remove designated trees.
