CDB 810-000-016-01 - Replace Roofing Systems and Upgrade HVAC Systems in Various Buildings - Kaskaskia

Location: Centralia (Clinton County), Illinois

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

1. Agriculture Education Center (ICCB052-0001): Work includes replacement of
HVAC BAS controls, install room sensors on First Floor, integration into Campus
BAS, and replacement of heating system boilers and flues.

2. Lifelong Learning Center (ICCB052-0002): Work includes replacement of all
low-slope membrane roofing and metal roofing system, including insulation,
sheet metal flashings, coping, and drainage components; replace heating boiler
with modular boiler system; replace rooftop air handler; replace HVAC BAS
controls and connect to Campus BAS system.

3. Harry L. Crisp Technology Center (ICCB041-0001): Work includes replace
heating boilers; replace air-cooled chiller unit; replace energy recovery unit;
replace HVAC BAS controls and connect to Campus BAS system.

4. Health and Professional Building (ICCB052-0004): Work includes replace
heating boilers; replace air-cooled chiller unit; replace HVAC BAS controls and
connect to Campus BAS system.

BY ALTERNATE BID No. 1:

Alternate Bid No. G-1: Replace multi-zone air handler at the Harry L. Crisp Technology Center.

Alternate Bid No. G-2: Perform all work at the Fine Arts Building.

Alternate Bid No. G-3: Rebuild the existing multi-zone air handler at the Health
and Professional Building:
