BASE BID:

Remove the existing shingle roof system down to the existing wood deck. Install new combination vented insulation panels and install new shingle roof system. Install new wood blocking and fascia with metal fascia cover. Remove the existing gutters and install new gutters and downspouts.

BY ALTERNATE BID No. 1:

Install standing seam metal roof system in lieu of shingles.
